Elite 4

How to Challenge:

After you have gained 8 badges from the Philadelphia Pokémon League (Legacy Badges do count towards this total) email Contact@phillypokemon.com with the subject line title of the email - ELITE 4.

In this email you should provide your official intent to challenge the Elite 4 as well as a picture of yourself with at least 8 badges. We will use this picture for your announcement post on the Facebook group so make it look good!

We will then collect submissions and assign a non tournament league night to hold their Elite 4 challenge. Submission priority will be determined by availability as well as giving scheduling priority to 1st time challengers over challengers going after it again.

At this point (before list submissions) we will assign 4 Gym leaders secretly to each challenger as well as a 5th leader to act as moderator for the challenge. The moderator will then email the challenger and assign them a date for the challenge and ask for their full team submission for the challenge. The selected Gym Leaders will have no knowledge of the Challenger’s team prior to the Elite 4 challenge. We will require that list submission be approved at least 2 weeks before your scheduled Elite 4.

We will only be holding one Elite 4 challenge maximum on any given non tournament league night.

All Elite 4 matches will be televised on the big screen if able.

Format:

6 vs 6 Singles. Normal Format. Single Elimination

The Challenger must defeat 4 Gym Leaders in a row using the same team. If they lose at any point they have lost the Elite 4 Challenge.

All Standard Clauses are in effect. You can see them Here.

Terastalization is not allowed for this challenge.

Paradox Pokémon are considered Legendary for the Elite 4.

Gym Leader vetoes will not be honored for Elite 4 Challenges.
